The Your Bromley Team

Frances Forrest - BID Manager

Frances has been BID Manager at YourBromley BID since March 2016. In addition to a Politics and Sociology degree, she passed the BID Management Certificate qualification with merit in 2013 with her research topic “The benefits to BIDs and levy payers of joint purchasing”. Prior to joining YourBromley, Frances worked in BIDs since 2012 (Vauxhall One and Croydon), specialising in crime reduction, cleansing, communication and business engagement. She was employed by Lambeth Council from 2000 – 2008 as a Town Centre Manager for North Lambeth. She is responsible for delivering the overall business plan, in particular for introducing safety initiatives into Bromley town centre, for making it look smarter, with street art projects, additional signage, planting and cleansing and for introducing opportunities for businesses to reduce their overheads.

Away from BIDs, Frances volunteers at an annual street art fayre and loves country walks, playing badminton and table tennis and visiting art galleries.

In addition to a Business Degree with French, Zoe is a Chartered Marketer as well as a Certified Banker. She brings experience from other BIDs (Camberley and Hammersmith) as well as 7 years’ background of running her own business.

The Your Bromley Board

Andy Bawn - BID Chair

Wetherspoons, The Greyhound Pub

After leaving school at 17 and joining Royal Navy left in 1985 and pursued a career in Hospitality sector, have worked a lot in the West Country until work brought me o Bromley where I have been 18 years, have seen many changes to the town and have watched it thrive and change into the great destination it is now.

I am immensely proud that I am part of the “next steps” that  are taking place  and working with some great people to take the town to the next level and to help keep it as a top place to visit, be entertained, shop and to enjoy top hospitality.

Mark Haynes - BID Board Member

 Centre Director at The Glades

Mark has been a BID Director of YourBromley since February 2019 and plays an active role in the decision making and governance of all aspects of YourBromley BID. Mark enjoys the variety that YourBromley BID delivers, but also enjoys contributing to and supporting all the local businesses in the Town Centre.  Mark is also the Centre Director of The Glades Shopping centre, a position he has held since October 2018, having previously been the Centre Manager of another Shopping Centre and prior to that a Department Store Manager for 11 years. Mark has a strong Retail and Leisure background, having worked in the industry for over 25 years.

Mark is a keen runner, having completed the London Marathon once and the Brighton Marathon four times, along with many half Marathons, including the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October 2018.

Natasha Goodman - BID Board Member

Local Director at Metro Bank

Natasha left school at the age of 16 and went straight into banking, where she has spent her whole 33 year career (and still going!) looking after SMEs. She joined RBS in 1990, and worked her way up the ranks to end up in the Front Office trading floor, offering Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivate solutions to SMEs.  She has since moved Banks a couple of times, and is currently working at Metro Bank, right in the heart of Bromley.

Being part of the Bromley BID allows her to be involved in helping the town show its true colours, through the many events the BID organises throughout the year.  This in turn brings new people into the area, which helps the local businesses thrive and prosper.

Natasha grew up in Mottingham and spent her childhood in and around
Bromley.  She is so pleased to be back in the heart of the community.

Darren Springer - BID Board Member

Owner of Lolli’s

Outside of the BID Darren loves watching and playing football (BADLY), radio presenting, DJing and being a DAD CAB.

My local business experience helps put forward ideas about what the customers would like to see. I can also offer ideas and suggestions when it comes to our use of social media.
