High Street Lates – A Sport & Wellbeing Festival

An exciting evening of lively entertainment, sports activities and wellbeing offers is coming to Bromley, as ‘High Street Lates’ gets ready to take to the town centre.

The festivities will be held on Tuesday 25 July from 4pm to 9pm in a Sport and Wellbeing Festival that will have something to get everyone up and moving.

This free event is the much-anticipated sequel to Library Lates, which kicked off the BR1 Lates programme that is part of Bromley’s selection as one of the Mayor of London’s Night Time Enterprise Zones. Library Lates saw an evening of dancing, cocktail making, celebrity book reading and electrifying performances that saw thousands visit the town centre on a single night in April.

Crazy golf, a silent disco, and even a climbing wall will now be set up at High Street Lates for visitors of all ages to enjoy into the evening. Residents may even dare to take the furious Formula 1 simulator for a spin, while others may prefer to relax in the wellbeing zone, enjoy refreshments from the bar or dine on the tasty street food options. The event will also launch the Festival of Sports and Wellbeing Photography Exhibition, which will showcase a diverse range of local people taking part in a variety of sports and wellbeing activities.

Three Bromley businesses have agreed to stay open later to support the event, please do visit Lolli’s, Gail’s and Crepe Affaire.
