How To Join

If you are a levy paying BID member you can join our Members’ Area, a which contains useful information such as Retailer’s and Licensee meeting dates, footfall numbers, events and training. 

You can also promote any special offers you have, or jobs that you are recruiting for.

Below is a simple guide on how to join, and how to add any jobs/offer/csr listings you would like to make.

The BID AREA is a place where BID members can access useful information. In order to access this area, you need to register first. 


On the CREATE AN ACCOUNT page you will be asked to enter:

– your email 
– confirm your email
– create a password
– confirm your password
– create a nickname 
– give your business name 

Please enter your business name as it appears on your levy statement, so we can verify you are a BID member.

Once you have done this your account will be verified by our team.

When the account is verified you will receive a notification in an email to activate your account. Click on the link in the email.

You are then able to go to BID AREA then LOG IN

Once you are logged in you can view and edit your directory entry either from the link in the page, or here. You can also upload your own offers, job vacancies etc… simply by filling in the forms 

The listing forms are simple to use, fill out all for your information, making sure to complete all of the mandatory fields. The more detail the better!

Once you have completed the form, submit your listing

Please note that any listings you create will then be approved by our team before they go live on the website.

Claim a listing

We have a directory of all businesses in Bromley. We have an option for BID members to claim their listing, so they can edit it, change any details, add photos etc. This is optional, and you need a BID AREA membership in order to claim the listing.


Find your listing on the directory and select ‘CLAIM LISTING’ – this will then prompt you to sign in and fill out a form. If you do not have a BID AREA membership already, you will be able to register from the sign in form. Once you are signed in/registered, another form will pop up to fill in.

You will be notified when your claim has been verified. If you don’t provide the correct information you claim will be rejected.
