As parental guidance is required all minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Seating will be on the main grassed area at the centre of Queen's Gardens - guests are welcome to bring their own deckchairs, picnic blankets & refreshments. Glass will not be permitted on site for Health & Safety reasons.

Deckchairs are available to hire at £5 per chair - these must be booked & paid for in advance. Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the film to secure your seat. Any deckchairs which have been paid for, but not claimed, will be resold 10 minutes prior to the start of the film.

All proceeds for deckchairs will be going to local charity Bromley Community Fund.

There will be pizza, hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, candy floss AND a bar that will sell non and alcoholic beverages to suit your every need during the movies. Or why not bring a picnic! As per last year a pop up bar will be situated in the film area.

The screenings will go on except in the event of adverse/extreme weather, in which case we are happy to process refunds. Please be aware that the proceeds for all deckchair payments will be going directly to the charity - we hope that any weather conditions would not affect our ability to donate to the worthy causes.
