Bromley FC Community Trust launches Trophy Tour in support of its Every School in Bromley campaign

Bromley FC Community Trust, with the support of JCB Kia Bromley, is proud to launch a borough-wide Trophy Tour that will use the most significant achievement in the football club’s history to create a lasting legacy for young people across Bromley.

Following a remarkable season that saw Bromley FC Men crowned League Two champions and secure promotion, alongside promotion success for Bromley FC Women, the Trust is taking the club’s success beyond the football pitch with a bold community commitment at its heart.

The Trophy Tour will help raise awareness, build support and generate funding towards the Trust’s Every School in Bromley campaign, a commitment to ensuring every primary school in the London Borough of Bromley can access free educational workshops, classroom enrichment activities and wellbeing programmes delivered by Bromley FC Community Trust.

Through the power of football, these programmes help inspire learning, build confidence, support positive wellbeing and create opportunities for young people across the borough.

Over the coming months, JCB Kia Bromley will help transport the League Two trophy to schools, businesses, charities, community groups and local organisations across the borough, celebrating the club’s historic success while building support for the campaign.

The Trophy Tour officially launched at JCB Kia Bromley as part of the dealership’s EV2 Test Drive Event, where members of the public had the opportunity to see the League Two trophy up close while supporting the Trust’s campaign. For every completed EV2 test drive during the launch event, JCB Kia Bromley made a charitable donation to Bromley FC Community Trust in support of the Every School in Bromley campaign.

The partnership is about more than transporting a trophy. Together, Bromley FC Community Trust and JCB Kia Bromley are helping turn a historic sporting achievement into something that can benefit young people and local communities for years to come.

Jeff Hutton, Chief Executive of Bromley FC Community Trust, said:

“We’re incredibly proud of what both our Men’s and Women’s teams have achieved, but the real opportunity lies in using that success to create lasting impact across our borough.

“Football has a unique ability to bring people together and inspire positive change. Every visit, every conversation and every partnership formed through this tour will help us move closer to our commitment to ensuring every primary school in Bromley can benefit from the opportunities we provide.”

Schools, businesses, charities, community groups and local organisations are invited to register their interest in hosting a Trophy Tour visit.

Whether through a school assembly, workplace event, community celebration or fundraising initiative, each visit will help bring Bromley FC’s historic success closer to the community while supporting the Trust’s Every School in Bromley campaign.

Applications for Trophy Tour appearances can be submitted via the Bromley FC Community Trust website.

The Trophy Tour is more than a celebration of success. It is an opportunity to harness the power of football to inspire learning, strengthen communities and create lasting opportunities for young people across Bromley.
