Free Health Services at Bromley Health & Wellbeing Centre

A new Health and Wellbeing Centre has now opened in Bromley, offering health and wellbeing services in the heart of the town centre. It houses the new Dysart GP Surgery and the One Bromley Wellbeing Hub that was previously located at The Glades.

A wide range of health and lifestyle support is offered at the new centre by a range of health, care and voluntary organisations working in partnership with Mytime Active. Services include Vital 5 checks, blood pressure, smoking cessation, healthy eating and weight management, enhanced sickle cell community care and citizens advice.

The centre offers a wide range of health and wellbeing support, including Vital 5 Health Checks on key areas such as blood pressure, weight, smoking, mental health, and alcohol, providing health assessments, practical advice, and signposting to further support. The centre also offers a Lifestyle Medicine programme with one-to-one and group coaching to help people make sustainable behaviour changes and improve their overall wellbeing.

Businesses keen to support the health and wellbeing of their teams are encouraged to share and promote the Vital 5 checks and Lifestyle Medicine programme – valuable, accessible services designed to help staff stay healthy, supported, and at their best.

Opening Times:

Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm and Saturday between 9am-1pm.

The centre is a short walk from Bromley South train station and easily accessible by both train and bus. The relocated Wellbeing Hub services can be found in the Outpatient Area on the first floor.
