Your Bromley’s Summer Event Line-Up

Explore our exciting line-up of summer events in Bromley Town Centre, from celebrating Bromley’s heritage on Broom Day and showcasing young creativity at Floral Fest, to the return of the much-loved Bromley Motor Show and the magical Midsummer Movies, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this summer!

Date: Sunday 10 May 2026

Celebrate Bromley’s heritage at the return of Broom Day, a historic festival inspired by the bright yellow broom flowers. The celebrations start at The Glades with a historical exhibition, followed by a parade through Bromley High Street led by the Mayor which finishes at Martin’s Hill with live entertainment and family activities, and fundraising in support of Bromley Brighter Beginnings.

Date: Saturday 20th June

30 local primary schools are set to transform the pedestrianised area of the high street with unique planters inspired by the theme ‘Growing Together’. Join us on Saturday 20th June as our judging panel, featuring much loved television presenter and gardening guru, Charlie Dimmock, tour the displays and announce the winners.

Date: Sunday 5 July

In a free to attend event, come and see a sensational selection of marvellous motors on display in the pedestrianised area of Bromley Town Centre. On Sunday 5th July, the high street will yet again be transformed to showcase a range of classic, vintage, and collectible vehicles, accompanied by a roaming jazz band playing popular hits New Orleans style – plus a wandering mariachi band for a festival atmosphere!

Join us as Queens Gardens is transformed into a free magical outdoor cinema experience. Settle in under the summer sky with a line up of hit movies for all ages.
