Your Bromley BID upgrades Shop Safe Radio

Your Bromley has secured an upgrade for the Town Centre’s Shop Safe Radio scheme. Each participating business has been issued with a brand new radio and will now benefit from a new, improved communication system.

The upgraded radios provide instant voice communication, limitless coverage and a panic alarm feature, helping businesses stay connected and respond quickly in emergency situations.

The new cloud-based platform also allows for easier remote management, with features including:

• Usage reporting – View when and how each radio is being used through a cloud-based reporting system.
• Automated workflows – Receive email or text prompts if a radio has not been used for a set period, helping identify any support issues.
• Radio management – Assign radios and body cameras to individual users.
• Agreement management – Send and manage signed agreements for radio hire.

Shop Safe Radio scheme connects businesses with the Town Centre Police team, Bromley Council’s CCTV, and each other.
