December in Bromley

Posted on: November 29, 2018

The weather has taken a turn, the warm Summer days are long forgotten, but we don’t mind; it’s starting to look like Christmas in Bromley!

We had our Fairytale Christmas lights switch-on a couple of weeks ago in partnership with The Glades and The Churchill Theatre. We had singers, dancers, gospel choirs, the Mytime Active Santa Run, a Christmas Parade and of course the switch-on.

We also had the Bromley Local Hero presentation. This year the winner was Helen Candy, chosen for the ten years she has dedicated to the 19th Bromley Guides. Find out more about Helen and the prize.

From the 1stDecember Your Bromley brings you a fantastic competition

‘A passport to a Fairytale Christmas’. All you have to do is collect five stamps in your ‘Fairytale Passport’from participating retailers in Bromley town centre, drop your passport off in one of our collection boxes and you’re automatically entered to win a fantastic prize, a £1,000 holiday voucher! For more information, click here.

Also, look out for our very special roaming Christmas Acts around the town centre every weekend in December. Here’s a sneak peak of this weekend’s acts, Hodman and Sally and The Christmas Nutkins.
