Is your business eligible for the Local Restrictions Support Grant?

The criteria for the Local Restrictions Support Grant has been extended to include more businesses – however the closing date for applications remains as the 31^st March 2021.

Eligible businesses:

Businesses that were not legally required to close, but were severely impacted by Coronavirus restrictions when the London Borough of Bromley was placed in Local Covid Alert Level: High (Tier 2) and Local Covid Alert level:Very High (Tier 3) restrictions.

Any business mandated to close when the London Borough of Bromley moved into Tier 3 restrictions on 16 December 2020 should also apply for the Local Restrictions Support Grant (Closed).

To apply, your business must:

• Occupy a commercial premises included in the ratings list in the London Borough of Bromley
• Be able to provide evidence to show that the business was trading prior to and during Tier 2 and Tier 3 local restrictions
• Be in the hospitality, leisure and accommodation sectors (except national betting chains and takeaways)
• Be able to provide evidence that your business was severely impacted during Tier 2 and Tier 3 Covid-19 restriction due to a drop in income, loss of orders or reduction in customer numbers
• Not be insolvent
• Meet state aid requirements
