Bromley is in need of one strong destination brand to put the town on the map as a destination of choice. Your Bromley BID will conduct consumer research to create a new brand that reflects the true personality and identity of Bromley.


Your Bromley BID will launch a new destination website to promote its businesses. We will continue to bring businesses and consumers together at our annual Summer Festival, and regular events which encourage business participation. We will also bring a brand new event to the town centre with a street closure outside the main pedestrianised area.


As well as continuing our regular communications, we will dedicate a specific focus to career advice, increased awareness of apprenticeships, financial support information, mentoring and employee training opportunities. To help employers attract and retain quality staff, we will organise a number of social activities and events for employees and will introduce an Employee Reward scheme.


The buzzword of 2020 was not just Coronavirus; it was community. We will continue the community theme and promote the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of businesses and provide links to CSR opportunities. We will also explore an exclusive BID business award event. Finally, working closely with local authorities, schools and the residential community, we will lobby for more opportunities to be made for businesses through these audiences.
