Your Bromley Newsletter Dec 2021

Christmas has well and truly arrived in Bromley with the town’s brand new lights switched on at a small event on Sunday 21st November.  Live music from Das Brass, Elle and the Pocket Belles and the local Rock Choir created a celebratory mood in the town centre before Bonnie Langford and Myra Dubois, stars of Sleeping Beauty at The Churchill Theatre, turned on the lights alongside Dee Janes, Your Bromley's 2021 local hero.
Dee was recognised for her phenomenal charity fundraising efforts that have seen her raise over £340,000 for a range of local charities.  Dee has elected to donate the £250 charity donation part of her prize to Demelza Children’s Hospice.
